The Yacambú National Park (Spanish: Parque nacional Yacambú) is a protected area that is a national park in Venezuela, a country in South America. It is located in the southern part of Lara State, on the southern side of the Portuguesa Mountain Range, which is part of the foothills of the Andes Mountains. The park was created in 1962 to protect part of the Yacambú river basin. This area will supply water to the José María Ochoa Pilé reservoir, a project that is still being built. The reservoir is very important for providing water to the city of Barquisimeto and for supporting economic growth in the dry valleys of Quibor, where there is a protected area used for sustainable agriculture.

The highest parts of the park have humid cloud forest vegetation, where trees such as bucare, araguaney, and oak are common. The park is also home to 14% of the orchid species found in the country, which is about 60 species.

Mammals found here include the araguato monkey, the deer matacan and caramerudo, cachicamo, and the honey bear. Birds such as the guacharaca live in the area, as do snakes like the Viperinae.
