Sassen–Bünsow Land National Park

Sassen–Bünsow Land National Park (Norwegian: Sassen–Bünsow Land nasjonalpark) is located on Spitsbergen island in the Svalbard group of islands, Norway. The park was established in 2003 and includes glaciers and valleys shaped by glaciers. A sealer and whaler named Hilmar Nøis built the hunting station Fredheim on the north side of the Sassen river outlet in this area.
