The Kinmen National Park, which is also written as 金門國家公園 in traditional Chinese characters and 金门国家公园 in simplified Chinese characters, has the pinyin name Jīnmén Guójiā Gōngyuán. It is located in Kinmen, Fuchien Province, Republic of China (Taiwan).
Geology
The park has an area of 35.3 km or about one-fourth of Kinmen County's total area. It is divided into five sections: Taiwu Mountain, Kuningtou, Gugang, Mashan Hill, and Lieyu.
Ecology
Because of its warm climate and few people living nearby, the park serves as a home for migratory birds during autumn until spring. Over 319 different bird species have been seen in the area.
