Tanintharyi National Park is a proposed national park in Myanmar's Tanintharyi Region. It was proposed in 2002 and was meant to cover an area of 2,072 square kilometers (800 square miles) of mangrove and evergreen forests. The park's elevation ranges from sea level up to 1,490 meters (4,890 feet). The area is home to wildlife such as Asian elephant, sambar deer, Malayan tapir, Indian muntjac, and leopard.
