The Sierra del Lacandón is a low mountain range made of limestone and dolomite in Guatemala and Mexico. It is located in the north-west part of El Petén and the south-east part of Chiapas. The highest areas of the range are near the Mexican border, with coordinates 17°14′39″N 91°12′08″W and 17°11′42″N 91°05′10″W.
